? Thieves strike Bonita Springs church destroyed by fire

DUI arrests

? Kathleen L. Mandracchia, 45, of the 3700 Pino Vista Way, Estero, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at Fourth Street and Danley Road in Fort Myers. She was charged with having a blood alcohol content of .015 or higher.

? Alison L. Billings, 29, of the 6300 block of Sugar Bush Lane, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in the 21000 block of U.S. 41 South in Estero. She was additionally charged with property damage.

Drug arrests

? Roger Joseph Ruel, 28, of the 6300 block of Royal Woods Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at the Cape Coral Bridge Toll Plaza on College Parkway in Fort Myers. He was charged with driving while license suspended/second offense, distribution of less than 20 grams of marijuana and was charged with speeding for driving 61 mph in a 25 mph zone.

? Brittany Nicole Durst, 20, of the 7200 block of Hendry Creek Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in the 21000 block of Corkscrew Village Lane in Estero.

Other arrests

? Antulio Sales Morales, 23, of the 27000 block of Pine Avenue, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in Lee County. He was charged with loitering and prowling and felony possession of a fake identification card.

Battery arrests

? Charles J. Romano, 28, of the 9700 block of Heatherstone Lake Court, Estero, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at his home. He was charged with felony battery or domestic battery by strangulation. He is accused of beating and trying to choke his girlfriend.

Criminal mischief

? An undetermined amount of damage was reported Tuesday in the 8400 block of Coral Drive in Fort Myers after the owner of a tow truck found the decals were removed and the wiring was cut.
