DUI arrests

? Kathleen L. Mandracchia, 45, of the 3700 Pino Vista Way, Estero, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at Fourth Street and Danley Road in Fort Myers. She was charged with having a blood alcohol content of .015 or higher.

? Alison L. Billings, 29, of the 6300 block of Sugar Bush Lane, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in the 21000 block of U.S. 41 South in Estero. She was additionally charged with property damage.

Drug arrests

? Roger Joseph Ruel, 28, of the 6300 block of Royal Woods Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at the Cape Coral Bridge Toll Plaza on College Parkway in Fort Myers. He was charged with driving while license suspended/second offense, distribution of less than 20 grams of marijuana and was charged with speeding for driving 61 mph in a 25 mph zone.

? Brittany Nicole Durst, 20, of the 7200 block of Hendry Creek Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in the 21000 block of Corkscrew Village Lane in Estero.

Other arrests

? Antulio Sales Morales, 23, of the 27000 block of Pine Avenue, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in Lee County. He was charged with loitering and prowling and felony possession of a fake identification card.

Battery arrests

? Charles J. Romano, 28, of the 9700 block of Heatherstone Lake Court, Estero, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at his home. He was charged with felony battery or domestic battery by strangulation. He is accused of beating and trying to choke his girlfriend.

Criminal mischief

? An undetermined amount of damage was reported Tuesday in the 8400 block of Coral Drive in Fort Myers after the owner of a tow truck found the decals were removed and the wiring was cut.

Drug arrests

? Kathryn A. Goodchild, 48, of the 7400 block of Jacaranda Park Road, North Naples, was arrested by Collier Deputies on Friday night while driving her red Mercury near the Uno Pizza at 2380 Vanderbilt Beach Road. Goodchild was charged with DUI-alcohol or drugs. She was also charged with possessing several pills, including Percocet, Tylenol with codeine and Soma, which is a muscle relaxer.

? Victor R. Penafundora, 24, of Hialeah was arrested by Collier deputies Friday night after they pulled over the driver of a light green Chrysler. Penafundora was a passenger. The vehicle was stopped near Immokalee Road and Interstate 75. Penafundora was charged with possessing marijuana and cocaine.

? William Lienz Machado, 26, of the 5000 block of 157 Court SW, Miami, was arrested by Collier deputies Friday night after they pulled over his light green Chrysler near Immokalee Road and Interstate 75. Machado was charged with possessing cocaine.

? Jarrod Edward Cain, 23, of the 9200 block of Winterview Drive, North Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies following a traffic stop of his white Toyota SUV on Saturday near the Mercato Plaza on U.S. 41. Cain was charged with DUI and possessing marijuana.

DUI

? Lisa Elaine Fernald, 42, of the 3600 block of Cottage Club Lane, Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday after, they say, Fernald ran her vehicle off the road and into the grass near the 300 block of Airport-Pulling Road. She was charged with DUI.

? Daniell Paul Cole, 23, of the 300 block of 13th Street NW, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested by Collier deputies on Saturday following a traffic stop near the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road and Curling Avenue. Cole was charged with DUI.

? John Michael Trade, Jr., 18, of the 400 block of Southwest Boulevard, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday following a traffic stop near the intersection of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Coronado Parkway in Golden Gate City. He was charged with DUI.

? John Joseph Evangelisto, Jr., 45, of the 1300 block of Auburndale Avenue, Marco Island, was arrested by Marco Island police Saturday after a traffic stop outside Marco Walk Plaza, which is near Winterberry and South Heathwood drives. Police stopped Evangelisto in his black SUV and then charged him with DUI.

Grand theft

? Elizabeth Nery Aquinoegas, 45, of the 4400 block of Botanical Place Circle, in the Bayshore area of Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies on Saturday at the Bealls Department Store, 3701 U.S. 41 East. Aquinoegas went into the fitting room with an empty purse and came out with a bulging purse, store personnel reported to deputies. She was charged with grand theft after police say they recovered 14 items in her large purse, including several junior-size shirts.

Other arrests

? Michael Warren Murphy, 47, whose address in East Naples was not listed in reports, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday at his home in a duplex. Murphy was charged with wielding a knife that had a 9-inch blade, stabbing it into the door of his neighbor’s home and eventually gaining access to the home. He was charged with burglary by assault or battery.

Other arrests

? Nathaniel Raymond Fadael, 27, of the 200 block of Piper Lane, Immokalee, was arrested by Collier deputies on the Immokalee Seminole Indian Reservation following a traffic stop of the red Dodge Charger that Fadael was riding in as a passenger Saturday. After finding cocaine and marijuana, deputies said they used a K-9 to locate more drugs and weapons. Fadael was charged with engaging in a criminal offense with a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession by a convicted felon of a chrome Taurus handgun and 16 rounds of 9 mm ammo, which were located in a pink child’s book bag.

? Fernando Veleazco Salazar, 22, of the 600 block of Roberts Ave, Immokalee, was arrested by Collier deputies on Wednesday at Bush Street and Lincoln Boulevard, Immokalee.

Drug arrests

Susan Diane Dorman, 48, of the 900 block of Coconut Circle East, Naples was arrested by Collier deputies on Wednesday at Central Avenue and Estey Avenue, Naples. She was charged with fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, possession of crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance (Xanax) and driving with a suspended license.

Battery arrests

? Tyler Steward Tateo, 23, of the 50 block of 5th Ave, Marco Island, was arrested Thursday by Marco Island Police at 750 Inlet Drive, Marco Island. He was charged with battery after he allegedly smacked a woman in the back of the head during an argument in a vehicle about rent.

? Valissa Lorraine Small, 51, of the 1200 block of Pine Street, Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at home. The male victim told deputies that Smallhad been out drinking and when she returned hit him in the face with a broom, causing a laceration to his mouth and face. Small was charged with battery.

? Yvens Seide, 28, of the 100 block of Vireos Way, Immokalee, was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at Wendy’s at 1101 North 15th Street, Immokalee. Seide’s girlfriend and the mother of his child told deputies that he punched her, pulled her out of the car by grabbing her arm. A witness confirmed and added that he yelled at the victim. Seide was charged with domestic violence battery for actually and intentionally touching or striking another person against their will.

? Christopher Arredondo, 36, of the 900 block of Trafford Isle Circle, Immokalee, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at home. Arredondo was charged with domestic battery by strangulation after he allegedly grabbed his wife’s throat, restricting her airway, during an argument about how to raise their daughter.

? Kenneth William Purkey, 25, of the 0 block of 1st Street, Bonita Springs, was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at 3301 U.S. 41 East, Naples. He was charged with battery after allegedly slapping a man across the face.

Disorderly intoxication arrests

? Thomas Jack Fohlbrook, 22, of the 1900 block San Marco Road, was charged with fighting with another man in the parking lot of the Sandbar Restaurant, 826 East Elkcam Circle. Around 12:42 a.m., a verbal altercation started inside the bar and continued outside the bar after Fohlbrook punched the side door from inside causing the door to hit a the face of a woman, according to reports. Attempts to locate the second subject involved in the incident were unsuccessful, reports said.

? Erlis Lezama, 35, of the 2100 block of Hunter Boulevard, in Golden Gate was charged with battery and disorderly intoxication after sitting at the Rancho Grande bar, 4859 Golden Gate Parkway, with another male and disrupting patrons that were eating at the restaurant. When asked to leave the restaurant by the owner/manager Lezama pushed the owner with both hands in the chest, reports said. The owner was struck four times in the chest with open hands, reports said.

Domestic assault arrests

? Iris Diane Chirino, 25, of the 2100 block of 19th Street Southwest, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday at home. She was charged with beating her brother with a broom stick, punching and slapping him.

? Edward Hoskins, 39, of the 2000 block of Bayview Drive, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday at home. He was charged with getting into a physical argument with his girlfriend about marijuana. He was also charged with possessing no more than 20 grams of marijuana.

Battery arrests

? Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested two Golden Gate Estates residents Saturday at Porky’s parking lot, 2560 39th St. S.W. Deputies responded to a call about an intoxicated male attempting to drive away from the restaurant, reports said. John Edward Krimmel, 33, of the 3800 block of 31st Avenue Southwest, was charged with battery on an law enforcement officer, obstruction of an officer for interfering with a DUI investigation by going into the vehicle and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence for fleeing on foot, reports said. Also, Lonnie A. Gibson, 36, of the 3200 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast, was charged with DUI.

? Nicholas John Stolinas, 22 of the 1800 block of Bahama Avenue, Marco Island, was arrested by Marco Island police Sunday at 625 N. Collier Blvd. He was charged with a battery that occurred on June 24.

? Danilo Medina Jr., 31, of the 9000 block of San Carlos Boulevard, Fort Myers, was arrested Saturday by Lee deputies in the 8300 block of Matanzas Road, Fort Myers. He was charged with battery.

? Melissa Gamez, 33, of the 26000 block of Bridgeport Lane, Bonita Springs, was arrested Sunday by Lee deputies in Lee County. She was charged with battery.

? Jeffery Lee Verhaagh, 46, of the 8400 block of Wren Road, Fort Myers, was arrested Monday by Lee deputies in Lee County. He was charged with battery/domestic violence.

? Bruce Bray Kretschmer Jr., 23, of the 1000 block of Hartley Avenue, Marco Island, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday at Keewaydin Island South and Hurricane Pass.

? Corey James Martin, 30, of the 150 block of Santa Clara Drive, East Naples, was arrested by Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputies Sunday at 750 Fourth St. N. He was charged with two counts of DUI, one with property damage and refusing a blood sample request. According to reports, a breath sample was not practical due to his injuries.

? Alvena Alexis Wilson, 17, and Nehemiah Aiken, 18, both of the 400 block of Southeast 11th Street in Immokalee, were arrested Friday by Lee deputies at the Lehigh Wal-mart. They were each charged with grand theft. They are accused of stealing a gray tote and placing clothing and jewelry inside it. The total value of the items was about $300.

? Kevin Dwight Ott, 42, of the 4200 block of Elwood Road, Estero, was arrested Saturday by Lee deputies on Fort Myers Beach. He was charged with assault with the intent to do violence. He is accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his two children.
