Domestic Violence Arrests

? ?Manuel Cintoravillefuerte, 32, of the 2300 block of 51st Terrace Southwest, in Golden Gate, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County Sheriff deputies at the above location, for grabbing and choking his recently separated wife, who lost consciousness and later awoke laying on the driveway, according to the report. Two days prior, the wife of Cintoravillefuerte claimed he was attempting to illicit sex with her against her will, and was abusive, the report says.

? Atiba Walden, 32, of the 1700 block of 49th Street Southwest, in Golden Gate, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County sheriff deputies at the above location, for hitting his wife in the face with his hand. She fought back in defense and caused a bloody nose on Walden, which caused him to pull her hair and attempted to throw her out of their home, the report says. According to the report, this is not the first domestic violence incident for Walden.

? ?Bryan Matthew Sprinkle, 36, of the 1200 block of Lopez Lane, in Chokoloskee, was arrested on Monday by Collier County sheriff deputies at the above location. Deputies said he was intoxicated and refusing to leave the location. Sprinkle had also been threatening to kill himself and had been binge drinking and beating his wife for nearly five days, the report said.

? ?Jorge Luis Rivera, 31, of the 2300 block of Bear Creek Drive, in Hialeah, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County sheriff deputies at the 700 block of 110th Avenue North in North Naples. This is not the first domestic violence arrest for Rivera, according to the report, Rivera moved out of his home he shared with his wife of 13 years, four days ago for domestic disturbances.

? Salome Guerreroherrera, 28, whose address has been redacted from the record, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County sheriff deputies at an address that has also been redacted. According to the report, Guerreroherrera had assaulted by his live-in girlfriend of six years and aggressively kicked her out of their home.

? Jabiel Montes, 24, whose address has been redacted from the record, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County Sheriff deputies at an address that has also been redacted. According to the report, one of Montes’ children had witnessed him grab his wife by the hair and drag her out of their truck. He was placed under arrest for battery and was transported to the Immokalee Jail Center for processing, the report said.

? ?Kimberly Valerio, 28, of the 7000 block of Emerald Circle in North Naples, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County sheriff deputies at the Collier County government center, located at the 2300 block of Orange Blossom in Naples. According to the report, Valerio was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Her husband of a year and half reported the incident later on that day, fearing that if he reported it earlier the couples’ five children (two each from previous relationships, one common child) would be removed from the residence. During the incident, Valerio became upset with the contents of CDs found in the couple’s closet, believing they contained photographs of the victim’s ex-girlfriends. She threw the CDs at the victim and threatening him with a kitchen knife, according to the report.

? ?John Fitzpatrick, 48, of the 800 block of King Bird Court in Golden Gate Estates, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County Sheriff deputies at the above location. According to the report, Fitzpatrick was arrested after a previous probable cause incident where he was reported stalking his ex-girlfriend. On Tuesday, his ex-girlfriend reported a man banging on her front door without any intent to stop, the report says, and began calling her incessantly about obtaining personal property left at her house. Fitzpatrick’s behavior shows a pattern of willfully, maliciously and repeatedly harassing, which is classified as misdemeanor stalking.

DUI Arrests

? ?Erik Kenneth Brauch, 21, of the 200 block of Channing Court in North Naples, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County Sheriff deputies at Piper Boulevard and Airport Road.

? Debra Alexander Dudley, 54, of the 500 block of Neopolitan Lane in Naples, was arrested on Tuesday by Collier County Sheriff deputies at the 5100 block of U.S. 41. She was driving a white mini van that was spotted driving recklessly and was ultimately charged with a DUI and a second refusal to submit to a balance test, failure to drive in a single lane, and a second offense citation for DUI and a warning for improper right turn.

? Robin Denise Fox, 53, of the 7800 block of Berkshire Pines Drive, Naples, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at Lee County Jail. She was charged with DUI/third offense within 10 years.

? Patricia Majkowski, 41, of the 11000 block of Calloway Greens Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Fort Myers police in Lee County. She also was charged with property damage.

Battery arrests

? ?George Channing Dascoulias, 27, of the 800 block of Augusta Blvd 2, in East Naples, was arrested on Tuesday by Marco Island Police at the Crazy Flamingo in Marco Island, where he retreated when he was spotted, after-hours, peering into the Marco Island Brewery by an officer. An officer followed Dascoulias into the Crazy Flamingo where restaurant guests gestured towards the bathroom. There, Dascoulias was seen kneeling on the floor with a Oxycodone pills and a syringe on the floor next to him. An orange pill container was thrown into the trash when he was asked to show his hands. As Dascoulias tried to escape the bathroom, he rammed his shoulder into the officer’s torso. Another officer was called in, and ultimately, a struggle ensued between the officers and Dascoulias, which ended with an arrest and a charge of battery of a law enforcement officer, according to the report.

Other arrests

? Julia Irene Sorensen, 52, of the 27000 block of Pelican Ridge Circle, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at home. She was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage. Deputies also arrested Timothy Otis Collins, 38, of Moultrie, Ga., for obstruction and failure to register as a felon.

Grand theft

? Milton Earl Thomas, 42, of the 10000 block of Robinson Street, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in North Fort Myers. He was charged with grand theft/auto.

Drug arrests

? David Angel Cisneros, 25, of the 26000 block of Noble Lane, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at home. He was charged with selling misbranded drugs in lieu of a controlled substance.

? Peter Nicholas Wessel, 51, of 6 Derhenson Dr., East Naples, was arrested by Naples police Tuesday at the intersection of 10th Street North and 10th Avenue North. He was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer after the officer reported Wessel approached his patrol car and pushed him.

? Curtis Churchwell Viola, 37, of 1236 Rosemary Lane, East Naples was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday at 1900 Ninth St. N. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone, after a deputy reported seeing Viola throw a small plastic bag on the ground when the deputy was talking to a group of people.

? Roger Joseph Ruel, 28, of the 6300 block of Royal Woods Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at the Cape Coral Bridge Toll Plaza on College Parkway in Fort Myers. He was charged with driving while license suspended/second offense, distribution of less than 20 grams of marijuana and was charged with speeding for driving 61 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Criminal mischief arrests

? Jonathan Fisher, 18, of the 18000 block of Adams Circle, Fort Myers, was arrested Wednesday by Lee deputies at the Sheriff’s Office Substation, 8951 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs. He was charged with criminal mischief causing more than $1,000 in damage. He is accused of cutting the lines holding a large orange blimp from Little Caesar’s Pizza, 19451 U.S. 41 South, Fort Myers, and allowing it to float away.

Burglary arrest

? ?Brook S. Auguste, 18, of 5302 Confederate Drive, East Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Marco police at 129 Cyrus Street. He was charged with burglary of an unoccupied vehicle and theft, after the owner said someone stole a $100 phone from the car at 128 Clyburn St.

? Anthony Grege Dillon, 23, of the 8300 block of Laurel Lakes Way, Naples, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies in the 19000 block of Pine Run Lane in Fort Myers. He was charged with making a false report to law enforcement and misuse of 911. He is accused of falsely saying his mother-in-law beat, choked and threw him to the ground after he and his wife argued about a dog.

? Bo Daryl Clark, 25, of the 10000 block of Illinois Street, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies on Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs. He was charged with burglary, grand theft, illegal use of credit cards and four counts of forgery. He is accused of stealing a credit card and using it at several stores.

DUI arrests

? John Arthur Ericksen, 18, of the 15000 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies near Island Park Road and U.S. 41 South in Fort Myers. He was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He failed field sobriety tests, but did not have the smell of alcohol on him. He consented to a urinalysis test.

Cape Coral man arrested, charged with lewd and lascivious battery

Battery arrests

? Linda Marlene Long, 51, of the 1200 of Rordon Drive, Naples, was arrested by Collier County Sheriff deputies at the 4600 block of Alhambra circle. She was charged with chasing her now separated husband outside in the backyard, tugging his shirt and slapping him. James Long, the husband, said she has come over on multiple occasions and inflicted verbal and/or physical abuse regarding division of their property, the reports said.

? Roger Lee Brown, 51, of the 100 block of East Court., Goodland, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday at the 100 block of East Court. He was charged with cornering his wife by the neck in a threatening manner, reports said.

? Jesus Rios Martinez, 19, of the 1300 block of Roberts Road, Immokalee, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday at the 1300 block of Roberts Road. He was charged with throwing items at his girlfriend and causing injury, reports said.

DUI arrests

? Arthur Feria, 34, of the f the 3300- block of 29th Avenue Northeast, Naples, was arrested by Florida Highway Patrol on Saturday at Immokalee Road and U.S. 41.

? Kathleen Cinquegrana, 59 of North Easton, Mass., was arrested by Collier deputies along U.S. 41 near 107th Avenue early Sunday.

? Walter Davis Stephens III, 39, of the 17500 block of Harbour Point Drive, Fort Myers was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday on U.S. 41 near the 10500 block.

? Robert Lynn Withers, 52, of the 9600 block of Victoria Lane, Naples, was arrested by Collier County Sheriff deputies Saturday at Airport-Pulling Road and U.S. 41. At the time of the arrest, according to reports, Withers was physically resisting arrest and required two deputies to place into deputies vehicle.

? Miguel Felipe Baltazar, 43 of the 200 block of Triple C Run, Felda, was arrested by Collier deputies Saturday at U.S. 41 and Glades Avenue. He was observed driving on the center line of U.S. 41 and at one point, his vehicle’s left wheels were driving on the shoulder, reports said. While deputies conducted the sobriety test, he was observed to have urinated on himself, reports said.

Battery arrests

? Anthony George Maldonado, 21, of the 11400 block of Whistlers Cove Circle, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday near his home and charged with burglary with assault or battery after a report said Maldonado punched another man in the face while the man was in a vehicle.

Grand theft arrests

? Joshua Wayne Woodward, 32, of the 4600 block of Sunset Road, Golden Gate, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday in the 4900 block of Golden Gate Parkway. Woodward was charged with grand theft, a report said, after attempting to steal a $499 TV from Kmart.

DUI arrests

? Albert Lee Layne, 52, of the 1900 block of 48th Street Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday on Immokalee Road. It was Layne’s third violation in more than 10 years.

? Layne Derek Perkins, 41, of the 500 block of Devils Lane, Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday in the 2400 block of U.S. 41 North and charged with driving under the influence, causing property damage and leaving the scene of a crash.

Drug arrests

? Nicole Danelle Morgan, 35, of the 2600 block of Weeks Avenue, North Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday at the intersection of Airport-Pulling and North roads. Morgan was charged with possession of three oxycodone pills.
